June 18 -- From Windsor Castle to Buckingham Palace and the West End Theatre

Today was a wonderful day. We got an early start riding the Underground to Waterloo Station then hopped aboard a train to Windsor Castle. We saw the Changing of the Guard as well as St George's Cathedral and many other treasures. We explored the medieval river towns Windsor and Eton, then back on the train to London once again. We strolled through St James Park to Buckingham Palace and then enjoyed a traditional English Carvery dinner at the Rubens in the Palace Hotel. We topped off the evening with a spectacular West End Theatre Show: Billy Elliott. Back at the hotel we are tired but excited for tomorrow!
